Different designers and manufacturers use their own size tables. Therefore, the size given by manufacturer "A" in SMALL size will be the XS code in the manufacturer's B-size table. Don't buy a specific size, as it's the size you often buy in a pet store or online store. Before you commit to buying, be sure to check the bust and length of the size table and confirm the size.
C. If any measurements are between two dimensions, select a larger size.
If your measurements are close to the upper limit of a given range for a particular size, you may also need to select a larger size, as you may also want to make a thick coat dog to hold all the fur.
